Bill Burns is the owner of Ocean Reef Realty and Burns Construction & Property Management. He had been in the construction business for fifteen years before adding property manager to his portfolio. For the past twenty-one years, after obtaining his license as Certified Manager of Community Associations, he successfully manages properties in Cape May and Atlantic County. He is an active member with CAI, Community Associations Institute.

Bill has lived in Upper Township for the past thirty-five years with his wife, Patty. They have two daughters and three grandchildren. Bill is anxious to begin a new phase in his career and is looking forward to working in the real estate industry.

Jaclyn is a South Jersey native who has been in the real estate game since 2011, licensed in 2012, and after 3 years in Real Estate, she went back to Real Estate school where she earned her Broker’s license in 2015. Since then, she worked as Broker of Record for Ocean Reef Club Realty, LLC. Jaclyn loves the opportunity to help her sellers sell their homes quickly and for the most money and make her buyers dreams a reality! With her husband Harry, she is raising her 2 children Danielle and Jason in Upper Township and is looking forward to them someday being student of their alma mater Ocean City High School. As an Ocean City High School Graduate, she knows Ocean City and the surrounding area and prides herself on being able to find the perfect home for every client. With a degree in psychology she enjoys the many challenges Realtors face and using her knowledge to quickly and easily resolve any issues that may occur.

Nancie is the newest member of our team, Nancie comes to us from our parent company, Burns Construction & Property Management, where she has 13 years of experience in property management. With her experience in the property management business, Nancie brings a new expertise to our company that has enhanced our ability to provide our clients with the highest possible quality of service. She has hit the ground running and since becoming licensed in 2018 she has been an intricate part of our team who has helped facilitate many deals from her start!
